01Scope
This page applies to paid Acousmos subscriptions and related purchases made through Paddle checkout. Acousmos is operated by ARRWAY LTD, a company registered in England & Wales. Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller for these transactions. This page should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
02Paddle refund policy
Refunds for Acousmos purchases processed by Paddle are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. If there is any inconsistency between this page and Paddle's terms, Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms apply.
03How to request a refund
To withdraw, cancel, or request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, use the support link provided in the receipt or billing page, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund request option.
Paddle uses its transaction records to verify refund eligibility and timing, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
04Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a subscription through Paddle's buyer portal, which is available from the link in your subscription confirmation email, or by submitting a cancellation request through Paddle support. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
05Access after a refund
If Paddle issues a refund for an Acousmos transaction, access to the relevant paid Acousmos product or subscription will cease in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
