Refund Policy

The short version. Acousmos is operated by ARRWAY LTD. If Acousmos isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we'll issue a good-faith refund of that payment. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new period begins — cancel beforehand to prevent renewal. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

01Scope

This page applies to paid Acousmos subscriptions and related purchases. Acousmos is operated by ARRWAY LTD, a company registered in England & Wales, which is the seller and merchant of record for these purchases. This page should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

02Our refund policy

If Acousmos does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will issue a good-faith refund of that payment. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, since you can cancel beforehand to prevent renewal. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory refund or withdrawal rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

03How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@acousmos.com from the email address you paid with, within the window described above. Mention the email you purchased with so we can locate the transaction.

We aim to respond to refund and billing requests within 3 business days, usually sooner, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

04Subscription cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Manage Subscription in the Acousmos app, or by emailing support@acousmos.com from the address you paid with. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period and does not renew after that. Your local archive remains on your device regardless of subscription status.

05Access after a refund

If we issue a refund for a subscription payment, access to the paid features for the refunded period ends. Your local archive stays on your device and remains usable on the free tier.
